    The key to our success so far, I believe, has been because of the variety, satiety, and deliciousness of all the food we’ve been eating. I don’t feel like I’m on a diet; I feel like I eat really good tasting food that is what my body needs for fuel. As a bonus, I get to enjoy it.

    I miss certain “bad” foods, but I’ve substituted them with foods that are good for me, and honestly, it’s making me miss the old stuff less and less.
